Rainer has a Master in Geoscience and Environmental Planning. He started his career in a consulting engineers. Later he co-founded and worked as Managing Partner of a consultancy for spatial information technology.
In 2008 Rainer became Partner and in 2009 Managing Partner of SAM Executive Search Group. Rainer was responsible for developing the German market and growing the international business of the group.
In 2016 Rainer decided for a new international opportunity as Managing Partner of THE TAPLOW GROUP. Today Rainer is focusing on Executive Search for Industrial and Engineering Services. His assignments cover C-level and middle management positions.
Rainer is member of the committee for foreign trade of the chamber of industry and commerce Karlsruhe.
