Andreas started his career as a Project Lead at an international HR consultancy. After that, he spent 14 years in executive HR positions at Deutsche Telekom, Arthur Andersen, EY, Deutsche Börse, A.T. Kearney and Gleiss Lutz with international and global remits.
Since 2013, Andreas is a Partner of THE TAPLOW GROUP, founding and heading its Frankfurt office. He fills senior management and executive positions, predominantly in the Financial and Professional Services sector. Furthermore, he specializes in the assessment of leadership and management skills, helps clients to build and sustain high-performing teams, facilitates strategy board meetings and supports top executives in developing new perspectives and solutions.
Andreas received a Master’s degree and a PhD, both in Psychology, from Technische Universität Darmstadt and is a Certified Management Coach and Team Builder. He is fluent in German and English.
