BACKGROUND HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT

Our activities as Executive Search Consultants go back to 1981. Taplow in Germany started in 2002 right after the group’s foundation.

Today our partners´ experience and background cover the international group’s services and practice areas. All partners look back to long-term Senior Management roles in diverse industries. The Senior Partners, the business owners, working from offices in Frankfurt and Hamburg, are the head of our business being supported by a team of associated partners, consultants, researchers and back office staff.

HOW THE TAPLOW GROUP HELPED A REAL ESTATE FIRM TO SUCCESSFULLY SET UP A GREEN FIELD PROJECT

A group of Scandinavian investors had acquired a plot of land on one of the most beautiful lakes in northern Germany and were planning to build a holiday home complex with 500 properties (houses and apartments) and the associated infrastructure (restaurants, sports facilities, sailing and surfing school, hotel and retail shops) there.
